Here is what you can expect from us during our Meet and Greet…
We will get to know the areas of your home that pertain to your pet’s care. We’re going to want to see where the feeding areas are, where food & medications are kept, toy area, litter boxes, etc.
We need to know about your pets health just as much as we do about their personality. Make sure to let us know about any concerns you have, so we know to be on the lookout!
We share with you all of our insurance policies, including our workmans comp certificate. We answer questions while we go over all of our paperwork with you, and leave it with you to read over and complete.
To give you the best service possible, we do require (2) sets of keys to your home. If we are using a coded deadbolt or garage code where the entry door remains unlocked; we only need (1) key.
During our meeting, we’ll cover all of these things! Keep in mind, it is important that we’re a good fit for your needs and pets. Our meetings are no obligation, and we always help you find the care that you need if we can’t provide it!
If you don’t have keys ready for us, don’t worry! You are welcome to schedule a time to drop them off to us before you go, or leave them in our secured drop box at your convenience. There is a lot to do near our office, so hopefully you can stop in at one of the boutiques, and we’re always a great excuse for ice cream at Graeters!

We are at the corner of Franklin & Hampton in the Blitz Media Building. (Our signage isn’t ready just yet) If you pull into the parking lot behind the building, you will see our Drop Box with OUR LOGO on it by our door. If you have trouble locating it – Please TEXT management at (937)303-PAWS (7297) for help!
Please do not put it in the buildings community mailbox at the front of the building.
Lastly, if you need to reschedule your Meet & Greet there is a link included on the confirmation email that will allow you to set a new time. If you have any trouble, we would be happy to help you!
